This tourniquet has a Hook-and Loop Windlass strap for securing the windlass during patient transport.
It uses a self-adhering band and a friction adapter buckle to fit a wide range of extremities, while a free moving internal band provides true circumferential pressure to the extremity. Locking of the windlass behind the clip only requires one hand, improving ease of use in dangerous environments and difficult terrain.
The Rotating Compression Tourniquet utilises a durable windlass system with a free-moving internal band providing true circumferential pressure to the extremity.
